These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.bdminingpro.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by BDM PRO LTD (“BDM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website or purchasing our mining contracts, you (“you”, “your”, or “Contract Owner”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Purchase Instructions

  • The mining contract is for the mining of the BDAG token and becomes effective immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Mining for the specified month commences once the Monthly Service Fee (“MSF”) has been invoiced and paid.
  • The MSF is invoiced one month before mining starts and must be paid no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the beginning of each mining cycle.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or stated otherwise in a specific offer.

3. Output Calculation

  • The BDAG mining yield is determined according to your individual mining contract.
  • Rewards may fluctuate due to blockchain mining difficulty, market conditions, or BlockDAG network adjustments.
  • If rewards are reduced, the mining period may be extended until the agreed amount of BDAG is reached.

4. Equipment Maintenance

  • BDM will maintain all mining equipment once contracts are activated or after the BDAG mainnet launch.
  • The Activation Fee (“AF”) and MSF cover electricity, installation, cooling, routine maintenance, insurance, an regulatory costs. 
  • Additional fees may apply in exceptional circumstances beyond BDM’s control.

5. Output Settlement

  • Mining begins after the BDAG mainnet launch, once miners are received, installed, and the MSF is paid.
  • The system settles BDAG rewards daily.
  • Contract Owners may withdraw BDAG rewards anytime, provided the minimum withdrawal amount of 10,000 BDAG is met.
  • A mining cycle runs monthly, starting at 00:00 hours on the first day of the month.
  • If mining starts earlier than expected or is delayed due to external reasons, BDM will notify the Contract Owner.

6. Termination of Contract

  • Contracts automatically terminate once the mining period as set out in the agreement or as extended has been completed.
  • Early termination must be requested in writing and is non-refundable.

7. Risk Warning

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  1. Policy Risk: Mining may be suspended or banned due to changes in international or national laws or regulations. Losses incurred from such restrictions remain your responsibility.
  2. Force Majeure Risk: BDM is not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: equipment failure, power outages, cyberattacks, weather events, strikes, riots, wars, manufacturer delays, financial market crashes, or government actions.
  3. Output Settlement Risk: Daily BDAG rewards depend on network activity and may fluctuate. If daily rewards fall below expected amounts, the contract may be extended, subject to additional MSF during the extension.

8. Fees and Payments

  • The Activation Fee (AF) is due at the time of contract purchase.
  • The Monthly Service Fee (MSF) is payable in advance each month, at least 14 days before the start of a mining cycle.
  • Proof of payment must be provided to support@bdminingpro.com.
  • Payments are final; failure to pay the MSF on time may suspend mining services ntil such a time that all monthly service fees are up to date.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy, available at: www.bdminingpro.com/privacy-policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • BDM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from mining activities or use of the Website.
  • Rewards are dependent on blockchain activity, which is outside BDM’s control.
  • Your use of the Website and mining services is at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to BDM PRO LTD. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without our written consent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

BDM may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this Website, and, where appropriate, notified to users by email. Continued use of our Website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
